Integration Director
Nicola is responsible for bringing newly acquired businesses into Harbour One Group and ensuring acquisitions transition smoothly and effectively. Her role focuses on integration across people, processes, systems, operations and reporting.
Kim
Finance Director
Kim oversees the financial management and control of Harbour One Group and its portfolio of businesses. The role encompasses financial reporting, performance monitoring, budgeting, forecasting and financial controls.
